Hi Charles;

  Thank you so much for that test DWO and also some more explanation into this issue! I was able to reproduce your problem.

  I will now transfer this ticket over to the main Support/Engineering Team for their review & scheduling for a fix on this issue.

Hi Charles;

  Is this an SQL "Computed Column" or a DW Object "Computed" Column (field)?

  Would you have an example DW Object source that you could export from your
App and attached to this ticket?

DW Computed column. Easy to reproduce. Here is an external grid DW. After opening, set the Autosize width property to Widest Shown(1) for the computed column (GetRow). Make sure the size of the column is small enough just to show 1 digit. In the preview pane insert 10 or more rows. Note that the column automatically gets wider. Now save the DW. Re-open. Look at the Autosize Width property for the computed column. Notice it is no longer set.

*Phenomenon:
Setting the Autosize Width Property for a Computed column in a Grid DW is not saved when you save the DW.

In the DW Painter when Autosize Width is set on a computed column, either Page(2) or Widest Shown(1), it works in the Preview Pane. Not in runtime since it is not saved.
